Mark lives with his parents and his brother in the small village of Parbung in the state of Manipur. Mark is a dedicated student who works hard.
Mark’s father works hard to provide for their family, but the income he brings in as a shifting cultivator is barely enough to cover the basic needs they have and does not include the cost of school.
