Matthew Lalruotthang comes from the remote village of Sielmat, located in the hills of Northeast India. He and his brother live with their parents in poverty. His father makes a very meager income as a Daily Laborer. He struggles to provide for his family and is unable to pay for the cost of schooling for his two sons. Matthew likes going to church and is just beginning his studies at our mission school. Here, he will continue to receive a strong Christian education where he can cultivate his God-given potential and be deeply rooted in Biblical principles to guide him through his entire life. Matthew and his family know that the only way he can continue his education is with sponsorship. They have faith that the Lord will provide a loving sponsor to pray for him and financially support him so that he can finally break free from poverty and walk into a much brighter future!
