One of three children in her family, Nienglawmkim lives in the remote village of Damdiei in Northeast India. She comes from a long line of poor famers unable to break the cycle of poverty. Nienglawmkim is attending our mission school by faith, believing that the Lord would provide her with a sponsor so she can continue. Her family's poverty prevents her from realizing her dream of continuing her education. An education in our mission school will open many opportunities that she otherwise may never have. It will allow her to cultivate her God-given potential and grow the dreams God has placed within her heart. The hard, manual labor and early marriage of the past does not have to dictate her future. Sponsorship makes all the difference in Nienglawmkim's life and the future generations that follow. In our mission school, she will also be deeply rooted in Godly teaching and valuable life skills.
